First, submitted application online after chatting to the recruiter at one of the university events. There was no HR interview for me, but went straight to the first interview with case studies and behavioral questions. Interviewer was a bit awkward and not really sociable.... I was asked whether I can come to their Oxford office for the second part of the interview. Got rejected after that and never received any feedback apart from the typical automated "sorry but no" email - which also came only after I tried to follow up.
