I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aurora Energy Research (Austin, TX) in Apr 2023
Interview
I got the first round interview with a senior analyst. Took ~30 minutes. The interviewer is pretty easygoing. He asked some behavioral questions and a simple math problem. No tricky questions.

I applied online. First there is a bunch of quantitative and qualitative reasoning tests you need to do. Then there was one 35 min initial interview. The questions were fairly easy, mostly about Aurora and my profile. And then I was asked one market sizing question. Now I am trying to prepare for the final interview, which is 1 hour long and includes some kind of case.
