I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aurora Energy Research (Oxford, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
I applied through the company website. The first round was a virtual interview where I was asked questions from my resume, which were pretty basic. I wasn't drilled down on any particular topic.
The second round was an in-person interview, split into two stages. The first phase assessed my problem-solving ability and technical knowledge related to the role. The second phase was a mix of both technical and behavioral questions with the head of the department. All the interviewers were very friendly and supportive throughout the interview process.
