I applied and they reached out the same day to ask if I was available for a call that afternoon. I agreed, though this did not leave me much time to prepare. The initial interview was via MS Teams and seemed to go well; the interviewer stated that this was an informal initial screen. Unfortunately, the next day I received an automated rejection email. I wish I had had more opportunity to convey my qualifications. The process felt rushed and impersonal.
