The graduate program timeline was clear, and there were instructions and a detailed plan before and after every round. The application started with a virtual assessment on the SHL platform, which included personality tests and some quick capability quizzes to test reasoning and logic. Then, shortlisted candidates proceeded to the first round with a senior analyst at the company. This typically involved a consulting-style market sizing question and one or two behavioral questions within a 30-minute timeframe. After that, the final rounds included a take-home assessment that you had to complete, usually in the form of a "client-ready" presentation. The final stage consisted of two back-to-back interviews—one dedicated to the presentation you had prepared and another focused mainly on behavioral questions along with a similar consulting-style case question. Candidates were expected to hear back within two weeks.
