Second interview round was an assessment day. Three parts to it. Two interviews and one written task. Interviews involved questions such as: give an example of when you worked in a team or did you ever encounter a difficult situation. Followed by two case studies involving the EV industry. Important data was provided and questions and discussion encouraged. Written tasks involved understanding graphs and an article that allowed you to answer an email.
