Application followed by two rounds of interviews with a case study each. One interviewer per round being people in the team. Very pleasent but no feedback was given on the rejection which was very disappointing.
1 hour interview with general questions about background, interests etc. and a case study with multiple questions, simple calculations. The interviewer was helpful and gave hints throughout the process whenever needed

Interview
- Lengthy process with interview slots moved more than once. I had two interviews and was in touch with the company for over a month before we concluded it wasn't a fit.
- The interviewer asked about my current salary even after I had shared my salary expectation.
- Flexible working was emphasized in the job description but the interviewer shared with me that 45 hours a week was about the typical weekly working time. The company decided not to move forward with me when I said I'd expect to work 40 hours on a regular basis.
