The initial interview is divided into three parts. In the first part, you will be asked typical personal questions about your professional background and skills. This is a really quick part. The second part of the interview involves sharing your collected information about the AER. During the last section, a typical market-sizing case study had to be solved. There were 5 minutes left for any questions from the interviewee's perspective. Duration: 45 minutes.

Three rounds. All of them are case studies. The first and last rounds were held in Japanese, and the second round was in English. And some questions about your motivations and your recent interests in engery section news.

The interviewer will introduce themselves first and went into behavior questions and then a market sizing question. Will tell you when the final round is, but still ghosted me... not recommend in general
