Submit CV, online test, first interview, assessment centre in person or online. Assessment centre was two interviews and a written test. Also there are case studies in the interviews. Maybe it's a good idea to practice some no calculator maths before them.
One OA. Then 2 rounds of interview, second round include 2 case studies. One is take home, the other is on-site. The interviewers are generally nice but you can tell many are interviewing
