2 interviews, work assessment, then a 3rd interview. First interview was half an hour, while the others were a full hour. First two involved exercises/challenges intereviewees were meant to work through in front of the interviewers.

Both interview rounds followed a similar format, and I would guess that all interviewers are given a rough script to follow. Preliminary interview consisted of behavioral questions and a "case study" asking to estimate number of chicken wings consumed on superbowl sunday. Second round was with senior leader. Early questions gave the impression that interviewer had not read my resume or cover letter before the interview. The interview consisted of questions about details skimmed from my resume and cover letter, with one behavioral question about giving feedback to junior employees. Case study involved estimating number of maternity beds in California. Quick turnaround with very warmly worded boilerplate rejection email. No specific feedback was provided, unfortunately.
