Do research into the company and what they do and the brands they own
TA emailed to arrange 1st stage telephone call after applying for the role 10 months ago. The disorganisation and lack of respect is outrageous considering the growth of the company.
First phone interview with hr then with member of a team. Pretty easy and well organized process, just be prepared with questions. Have not yet heard back from hr on their decision but overall a good process and nothing negative to say about it
