Negative Candidate Experience! I had 2 interviews with Authentic Brands. The first was a very engaging discussion with HR. Didn’t hear back for a few weeks so thought I was out of the running. Then they reached out and I had a video interview with 2 of the executives. Again, thought the conversations went well and left the interview feeling good about the opportunity. A month later and now radio silence. After multiple follow-ups looking for updates, nobody has ever gotten back to me. Have the common courtesy to let the candidate know where they stand. Probably dodged a bullet anyway given all of the negative reviews!
