Fairly easy with questions about past experience. Straightforward and asked situational questions. Asked questions about one-year contract as well as traveling and availability. Very kind interviewer and was a very welcoming process.

I interviewed for the Behavior Interventionist position at ABSI, and overall, it was a great experience. The process was smooth and well-organized, with clear communication from the hiring team. During the interview I was asked about my experience, knowledge of ABA principles, and HIPAA compliance. They also provided insights into the company’s culture and expectations.
