Depends where your coming from if they found you in a job fair or online, if it is online which all have to apply they will do a phone interview and if you passes they will send you the IQ test to fill out then you will be receiving a call from a store manager for an actual interview, very well organized you wont feel like your lost, it will take sometime
In person, basic questions, nothing unusual. Two managers interview you and then they talk to the GM before ultimately making a decision. If you call and check on the status of your app you're likely to receive an offer.

Poor, if you even get an interview. Then, they hide behind their corporate website and say that you were not selected. They need to choose between local vs nation wide hiring process.

Interview
I was contacted by Isaias for an in person interview at the South Austin location. I arrived and spoke with him for about 20 minutes discussing the role and my experience. I then spoke with a young lady who was internet sales manager who seemed almost hostile. I was the third interviewer was eating lunch and couldn’t be bothered. Didn’t hear back and followed up. No response. Basically ghosted.
