There were 3 interviews in a 1 on 1 format. The 2 sales managers interviewed me separately for about 10 to 15 minutes each. Next, I had to present a vehicle to each of them, which was not bad given I had 2 days to prepare. Finally, I had a 1 on 1 interview with the General Manager and he basically told me what the job entailed.
In person, basic questions, nothing unusual. Two managers interview you and then they talk to the GM before ultimately making a decision. If you call and check on the status of your app you're likely to receive an offer.

Interview
I was contacted by Isaias for an in person interview at the South Austin location. I arrived and spoke with him for about 20 minutes discussing the role and my experience. I then spoke with a young lady who was internet sales manager who seemed almost hostile. I was the third interviewer was eating lunch and couldn’t be bothered. Didn’t hear back and followed up. No response. Basically ghosted.
