Like all interviews the process is courteous, they appear to have a corporate mentality and you might assume this to be positive, however the corporate persona is only there

Much to do about nothing, its all getting in and getting started, if you can suffer the waiting, abuse from the managers and customers.
If you can work blind and do as you are told.
If you can work weekends.
I was scheduled for an interview at a dealership and when I showed up the front desk rep advised the hiring manager wasn’t available due to being scheduled off for the day. I was told they would reschedule but never got back to me, I even followed twice with false promises and no callback. A complete waist of time and unprofessional.

general questions about life. talk to recruit then he gm and then sales mgr and finance a whole song and dance and then they hire you. GM puts on a show he will sell you on the job
Very straightforward and simple, you will know if they want to hire you basically day of. They are very courteous however you will interview with a hiring team and not a rep from the store you will work at.
