They give you a skills test then regular interview. Just be yourself and you'll be fine. They don't offer on the spot, but you will get a call back.

Applied online. Was called in for an interview. Once I got there, had to pass a typing test before they would even see me. The receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all. The keyboard was old and a number key got stuck, throwing the whole test off. She did not care and said I failed and thanked me for coming in. She walked me to the door to leave.
