Phone interview followed by an on site interview which started with a quick skills assessment test for excel and a 10 question quiz on paid search followed by 3 or 4 back to back interviews. 2nd on site interview with department head with more in depth questions about the industry as a whole. . the staff that I interview with was very friendly and receptive. I felt like i was visiting with family. Don't get me wrong, they asked a lot of tough questions to make sure I was qualified and a good fit for the team, but overall the atmosphere was very relaxed. I was not offered the position but I was called to let me know. Not very many companies have the courtesy to call back a candidate to let them know they were going with someone else.
