I was contacted by a contract recruiter (S Friend) who admitted she didn't know much about the position. She asked me some questions about my experience in creating leadership programs and was excited about what I had to say. A lovely person, she asked me for my availability for next steps and told me that she would reach out. I never heard from her again. I was very excited about this opportunity and am saddened that I wasn't given the courtesy of a call back or email advising of the status or decision not to move forward. It leaves a bad taste, not only from a candidate perspective but also from a customer one.
