Interview
Quick to jump on talent but they DON'T appreciate it when they get it. They look at employee talent as a THREAT to THEIR jobs but have the audacity to HIRE people with talent~ VERY INSECURE and UNPROFESSIONAL management.

Question 1
Why have you NOT sold cars before. They figure that if you have NOT sold cars before, then you genuinely do NOT want to sell cars but you HAVE to start SOME WHERE when you WANT to sell cars.

I was contacted by Isaias for an in person interview at the South Austin location. I arrived and spoke with him for about 20 minutes discussing the role and my experience. I then spoke with a young lady who was internet sales manager who seemed almost hostile. I was the third interviewer was eating lunch and couldn’t be bothered. Didn’t hear back and followed up. No response. Basically ghosted.
