The process is simple show that you are money hungry and the will give you the job. This is a company that makes is money base on its sales team the more the sales man does not care of his customer the more they like you they want you to sell no matter if your customers can't pay for it that is not their problem. that is the reason I quit this job

I was scheduled for an interview at a dealership and when I showed up the front desk rep advised the hiring manager wasn’t available due to being scheduled off for the day. I was told they would reschedule but never got back to me, I even followed twice with false promises and no callback. A complete waist of time and unprofessional.
