Met with one of the managers. He mentioned that they need tech savvy people to contact leads generated from online and offered me the job. There was not much communication after that so i had to call back and see what the next steps were but it all turned out well.

Simple team interview with Asst GM and Sales Managers. The entire interview took about forty-five minutes, and at the end of the interview, I was given a verbal offer and a hard offer will be mailed by HR

How comfortable are you with technology and video sales
Two interviews, one with sales mgr, one with general manager. General questions about experience. Was an immediate hire (lots of turnover). Start work right away but contingent on background and drug tests.

people talk to you and see how you are as a person. They would like to know who you are and what your goals are. It is easy going and they listen to you very well.
