Long drawn out process just to never even receive an email or a phone call to be told I was not selected for the position. I had 3 interviews scheduled. First was a very short interview with the recruiter. 2nd interview was with the Marketing Manager team and the Director of Marketing via zoom. 3rd interview was an in person interview at their HQ in Fort Lauderdale. I was spaced out 3 weeks between each interview which felt extremely drawn out. After my final interview, I didn’t hear back from anyone until about 6 weeks later where a recruiter called me to ask if I was still interested in the position because I was a top candidate. I told them yes and was told that I would hear back in about 2-3 weeks. I reached out to the recruiter 4 weeks later to ask if a decision had been made and I was told she would keep me updated. Today, it has been about 4 weeks since I sent my email and I was curious to see my job status on the website and the reason entered was that I submitted to another job. Extremely unprofessional "
