Had one interview and was told to look out for an email with further steps. I received an email about a week later congratulating me on moving on to the next step in the process. Never heard back so I checked my application status in Workday and the recruiter marked me as "not moving forward." I find that to be very misleading and a slap in the face. It makes a corporation this large look bad and glad I did not get the job if this is how they treat candidates.
