I was contacted by a recruiter who was actually very nice and human-like. Most recruiters I've encountered are like talking to a robot. We did a phone interview and she said she was advancing my application for an in-person 2nd interview and set up a time. I showed up for the interview and the person I was supposed to meet clearly did not know I was coming or even what position I was applying for. Asked me a few textbook questions and told me to contact him the next day for an interview with the manager. I contacted him and never heard a word.
