I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AutoZone (Memphis, TN) in May 2018
Interview
A series (maybe 5) phone interviews followed by a day long, in person session with various interviewers. As soon as I arrived back home, the internal recruiter ghosted me. Rapid turnarounds suddenly stopped. She also decided to delay or stop processing my expense reimbursement and I was required to place dozens of calls until I was connected with someone who could assist.
I am fine with being rejected but the unprofessional way this was handed is unacceptable. Have some integrity with the people who make it this far in the process and don't stonewall on your obligations regarding expense reimbursement.
All said, I am in a much better situation now so I am thankful that I dodged a bullet in working for this low-integrity organization.
