5 people interviewed me and was very intimidating. Included supervisors from other groups under same manager in my interview. There was no discussion of how skills I had on my resume would help their company. When I mentioned them, one of the supervisors looked at me as if I was bragging. I wasn't hired to initial work in this man's group but eventually was moved to his. I did have allot of experience in work done in that type of lab, but that initial interview impression he had of me has dogged my every opportunity for advancement. He still finds me braggish. The other supervisors in interview thought I showed confidence in my skills and really enjoyed me working in their groups when I did. The overall experience of interview uncomfortable and unduly intimidating.
