Incredibly disorganised. The people interviewing me behaved as if they really couldn’t be bothered to be conducting the interview. I also had to prompt the company for feedback or any acknowledgement whatsoever after the interview. The whole process was very disheartening and gave me a lasting negative impression of the company.
