There are more rewards for client facing departments, and constant change of board members. Board members are too busy trying to look and sound good, but the actions show otherwise

- Lack of alignment in leadership makes it hard to get ahead or even get clear on what the expectations of the job are - Witnessed multiple microaggressions toward POC - Burn out is high among myself and other coworkers - Insurance plans are not great
