Interview
Applied on 11/2/19 via LinkedIn. We spoke about the role on 11/7/19. After too many attempts at communication over weeks of unanswered emails and calls, I finally got them to answer and was informed I would not be given the role. However, they got my name wrong in their reply email. Avoid them.

Fishawack Health (FH) was rebranded as Avalere Health in 2023. There were 3 rounds of interview. The HR round, an MW test and the final step was an interview with the panel. I interviewed at Fishawack Health (FH) in 2022. This company was later rebranded to Avalere Health. The interview process with FH was quick and easy. The panel consisted of two senior executives. The HR back then was one of the sweetest person I worked with.
I applied via linkedin and received a generic response to acknowledge my application. Now over a month later, despite even reaching out to the talent team, I haven't received any further communication. I understand that I may not be the best candidate, but it would be good to at least get a generic rejection instead of being ghosted.
