I went through three interviews for the role—first with the recruiter, then with the heads of copy, and finally with the general manager. Everyone was friendly, and the process felt smooth overall.

Interview
Short screener followed by a ridiculous and confusing writing test. They purposely tell you that the references we’re given are incomplete but they were more than just that. Tons of data is missing, the p values are unclear as to which data is being reflected in the stats, the materials are confusing. In a normal agency if a client gave you things like this a writer would ask them for more information.
