Initial short phone call from Talent Acquisition after my CV was sent by referral of an existing employee. Call was friendly inquiring about my interest in the role and company, what my transferable skills were and what my pay expectations were. This part of the interviewing process was passed, and I moved on to the second stage: the technical writing test. Was set a typical writing test to perform 2 tasks before a deadline of a week. These documents were reviewed by a medical writer at Fishawack and feedback was provided when I requested it. There was a little confusion in the wording for the tasks which I account for a mistake in my submission but all feedback was incredibly helpful.
