I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Avalere Health (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2024
Interview
30 min phone call followed by writing test. Unfortunately they decided not to continue with the interview process after receiving my writing test. The writing test was intense - it was almost 8 hours work, but they did give me two weeks to complete it.

Question 1
No hard questions were asked during the interview. It was more of an infomational call to tell me about the company and confirm that my writing experience was what they were looking for. I interviewed at Fishawack Health (FH) in 2022. This company was later rebranded to Avalere Health. The interview process with FH was quick and easy. The panel consisted of two senior executives. The HR back then was one of the sweetest person I worked with.
I applied via linkedin and received a generic response to acknowledge my application. Now over a month later, despite even reaching out to the talent team, I haven't received any further communication. I understand that I may not be the best candidate, but it would be good to at least get a generic rejection instead of being ghosted.
