Interview process consisted of one call with HR followed by another call with upper level associates. The questions were primarily behavioral based. Process took about a month and HR was very responsive throughout.

Had a great initial conversation with the recruiter and then another good first interview, but was ghosted… Thought everything was going great and never heard back even after multiple email reach-outs on my end.

Like others have mentioned, they love ghosting people. During my conversation with HR, they overpromised a lot and seemed eager to set up a call with the hiring manager right away, even asking for my availability for the following week—then they ghosted me. About three weeks later, HR reached out again and scheduled an interview with the hiring manager, only to ghost me afterward. During the interview was odd too. The HM didn't ask me anything and opened up the time for me to ask them questions. When I followed up, they told me I’d get a response the following week… and then ghosted me again.
They clearly have no respect for candidates' time and seem completely incompetent, with little understanding of the industry or the job itself. Avoid at all costs.
