Expectations were set at the begging of the recruitment process for duration of the whole process, number of rounds, interviewers. There was a small delay in hearing back on a final decision, but other than the extra two days of radio silence there wasn't a "What's Next?" type of feeling which was great.

Tell me about previous professional conflict and how it was resolved.
The interview process was one of the best I had been through. The expectations were set right away about an initial screener, 2 rounds of interviews, and a final decision, as well as a total time of ~2-3 weeks. All were met, the interviews went very well, but having the basic info of how many and how long from the beginning was something I really respected and appreciated.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Avalere Health in Sep 2025

I applied and had an recruiter screen scheduled within 1 week. After that, I had two interviews total, 1 with leadership and another with peers. The recruiter was good at keeping me up to date throughout the entire process which is very rare these days! It did take about 5-6 weeks from application to offer though which is a bit slow side.
