This company has a horrible approach when it comes to the candidate experience, and it seemed like a waste of my time. I applied for a role in April and received an interview invitation shortly after. However, the company never confirmed the interview date or time, so I eventually moved on. Later, in December, I received a rejection email stating that the vacancy was no longer available. In the future, when I see a job posting from this company, I will likely skip it.
