Avalere Health Management interview questions

Interviewed with the hiring manager and then received a rejection email with multiple paragraphs of criticisms after a single interview. Rejection wasn't an issue but the extended criticism in email seemed delusional given they barely know me. Weird assumptions. Also I wouldn't be surprised if the hiring manager has an implicit bias against gay people for not having a spouse and family and living in suburbia. Perhaps typical consulting culture with stereotyped behavior lacking diversity in people and ideas.
