When you walk in a lady gets your resume and your forms, then she sends you to the computer to take 3 test, the test shouldn't determine if you get to have an interview after the test it's ridiculous and if shouldn't determine your hiring potential, so that's what happened to me after you finish the test you either get an interview or they tell you bye bye. One of the interviewing girls was very nice and pleasant she had red hair.
