Interview
Pase por un proceso de 3 entrevistas. La primera con un representante del equipo de Talent Management donde la mitad de la entrevista fue en español y la otra mitad en inglés. Aquí lo que buscan es conocer tu perfil y si se adapta al perfil Avaturean que ellos tienen como guía.
La segunda entrevista es la de lógica, esta la lleva adelante un empleado de algún área técnica. En esta buscan ver cómo pensas, tu comunicacion en momentos de problemas, la búsqueda de soluciones, etc.
La tercera entrevista fue con un team leader del área de CSM que es donde estaba aplicando. Esta fue una parte en inglés y buscan ver cómo actuarias en situaciones especificas del puesto.

The interview took several weeks, first a screening session, then a logic interview where you need to solve riddles. Meeting with manager and finally a last meeting to review the offer. Overall everything went fine.
