Tuve una entrevista con HR, luego una entrevista lógica. En la entrevista con HR pude conocer la empresa y compartir mi background. A su vez, luego tuve otra entrevista con HR y me comentaron más sobre el puesto y las tareas.
Other Implementation Consultant Interview Reviews for Avature
There are three phases: a screening call, a logic interview and an interview with a manager. All phases are very friendly. The logic interview may be stressful as you need to solve riddles live on the call. However, the important thing is how you approach solving them, not necessarily whether you solve them.

Question 1
What was the most challenging aspect of your previous role, and how did you overcome it?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Avature in Sep 2025
Interview
I went through the full interview process at Avature for a Software Implementation Consultant, Proficient in English and French role based in Morocco, it took almost a month to complete with up to 5 interviews. While basically waiting for their offer (I sent references and all and all the interviews were positive), I was informed that the position was being put on hold due to internal changes.
While the team was polite and professional, the timing was very disappointing. I had paused my job search and even reached out to professional references (including current collaborators), which could affect my existing work relationships. The decision to freeze hiring at such a late stage caused unnecessary disruption and false expectations.
I understand that internal changes can happen, but I believe companies should finalize internal approvals before reaching the offer stage — or at least communicate the risk of a potential hold earlier in the process.
