I applied online. I interviewed at Avaya (Denver, CO) in Jul 2020
Interview
Quick, two rounds, then offer, lots of HR. A background check and thatsit. The background check is outsourced to a vendor and it’s very illogical. Be prepared for wait. They needed proof and documents. Too detailed.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Avaya (San Jose, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
Just had a phone interview. The recruiter was late to the call and clearly had not read my resume or the job description because she didn't have any specific questions. She also didn't seem to be listening to me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Avaya (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Sep 2014
Interview
Little adhoc scheduling.Interviewer had lesser experience than I had, got a sense he was not prepared for the interview. Was in the middle of travel while he interviewed so came across very unprofessional. Recruiter team was better than the mgmt team.
