I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aveanna Healthcare in Sep 2019
Interview
I was screened over the phone by a corporate recruiter than interviewed first with the Executive Director of the branch and then with the Area Vice President. Both interviews were in person one on one. The Executive Director did not ask me any questions after he saw that I had previous experience in home health and instead talked about himself. The Area Vice President interviewed me about my problem solving ability, professionalism, and ability to rise to the challenge.

Question 1
Let's say you have a nurse that is making more than you are able to afford, how would you approach a pay decrease?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aveanna Healthcare (Fairview Heights, IL) in Apr 2023
Interview
I was initially contacted via LinkedIn and submitted my resume. A recruiter for the area did a brief phone interview then set up an interview with the executive director at the location that is/was hiring. I requested a job description but never received it. I searched for job descriptions based on the title I was given and found, on the Aveanna Healthcare website, one for a Client Services Supervisor and two for Client Services Managers. All three of those job descriptions were exactly the same.

Question 1
The questions were quite easy until I was asked if the recruiter had explained the job description to me. I said yes because I thought she had, but as it turns out, what the recruiter described was completely different from what the executive director was describing. The recruiter positioned the job as liason between clients and staff and the executive director was looking for a nursing staff recruiter.
The interview process was 2 part. One remote, one in person. It was pretty standard stuff. They are looking for long-term dedicated people. The questions were pretty standard and the interviewer's were easy to talk to.
