Interview
It was a very casual and friendly interview process. The Manager asked me many questions that directly linked to the job offer, about my past experiences, how I feel about leaving my current job, etc. It was a one-on-one interview held in the backroom. She also spent some time explaining Aveda's mission, the prodcuts, etc. Upon my departure, she also provided me with some samples to try out at home and play around with.
