I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aveda (Paramus, NJ) in Oct 2016
Interview
Pretty straight forward. I had to submit a questionnaire online, then a phone interview was done, then a video chat introduction, and lastly an in person interview with the store manager.
My interviewer was very positive and outgoing and the questions were not difficult to answer. Just know your stuff about hair care and skin care. As they are the main selling targets.
It was straight forward. Overall, I would say relax and remember that it is a conversation to determine if it’s a good fit for both parties. Thinking of it that way takes a lot of pressure off
The interview wasn’t bad , just basic interview questions and where do you plan on working in the next couple of years. We sat sat in the 12 oaks food court only asked me about 6 questions
