The manager read my resume and ask about the previous work experience in customer service. Since casual position, the interview is not very formal. Since I'm not native English speaker, she is very happy to explain it when I can't understand the question clearly. When I talked about their corporate culture about the environment protection, I think she is very happy to hear that.
