I have just recently graduated from beauty school and obtained my lisence. however, i am not unexperienced in this field! After multiple interviews at multiple Aveda salons I wasnt offered anything even though I am perfectly capable. I hate to say this but it looks like they only hire Aveda students, the worst part is that while I and others (not AI grads) were called to group interviews, looking back it was clear that the candidates they wanted were already selected and the interviews were just a formality. ::sigh i guess hindsight is 20/20 ..word to the wise: if you are in a "group interview" that is really casual/easy and the other candidates are chummy with the conductors of the interview... they have already made their choice and it is not you!
