first you must pass talent plus a one and a half hour phone assessment. Than interview with account reginol for two months or 7 to 9 interviews. Than a hour and a half phone interview with Vice President than if your offered a position it will be another week for a background check. The longest process ever. The company claims if you stick it out you must really want to work for Aveda however turnover is huge.

Phone call prescreen by store manager, then hour long personality test done by phone. The next day I got a hne call that my strengths "are not a match for our needs right now"
I had to reschedule half of the conversation because my phone kept disconnecting. I found the questions difficult to focus on, even with different phone.
