I spoke before with human resource, which explained my the advantages/drawback of working in a big company like Aviva, and many benefits I could have had access to, many days off, some extra days and reasonable working hours. Then I spoke with the manager of the team I was supposed to join, and he made some technical questions.

Got a screening phone call where I had to meet the basic requirements for the job. Then an invitation to interview with a model sent over to look at. 2 days later got given my result.
