Applied for this role 2 months ago, didn’t hear anything for 6 weeks until I received a request for a screening call. I replied immediately with availability but no reply since then. 3rd time applying for a role at Aviva and the experience is always the same - unless you’re a standout no.1 candidate there is zero respect for the applicant experience. Never applying here again!
