I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Aviva (London, England) in Jul 2012
Interview
Informal, asked a lot of questions about me, as well as my funds knowledge. Interview went quite well, I then received an offer quite quickly, although the contract took a little bit of time to sort out. Quite a good process in the end
